STAGE1

  • Clean/Oil Air Filter

  • Bleed Forks

  • Change Oil/Filter

  • Check Brake Pads for Wear

  • Check/Lube/Adjust Chain

  • Check/Torque Spokes

  • Check/Adjust Tire Pressure

  • Check/Torque ALL Accessible Nuts & Bolts

  • Check Battery Voltage

STAGE 2

  • Flush/Bleed Brakes (Front & Rear)

  • Flush/Change Coolant

  • Clean/Lube All Handlebar Controls

  • Wire Tie Grips

  • Grease all Brake-pins

  • Grease Front & Rear Axles

STAGE 3

INCLUDES STAGE 1 & 2 PREP+

  • Clean/Grease Wheel Bearings

  • Clean/Grease all Linkage Bearings

  • Clean/Grease Steering Bearings

  • Check Valves / Leakdown Test (4 Stroke)

  • Compression Test (2 Stroke)

  • Remove/Inspect & Replace Clutch if Need

  • Wear Items Replaced

  • Meticulous Rebuild

  • Full Diagnostics

  • Valve Adjustment, Leakdown Test (4-Stroke)

  • Re-Pack Muffler

  • Complete Carb Clean/Tune 

  • Full Reassembly
