Our Exclusive MJR 4 Step Engine Rebuild Process
Tear Down & inspection
Engine is Torn Down & Inspected Piece by Piece to ensure we catch any failures and worn items during rebuild process.
initial estimate & Parts Ordering
Once we've torn down & inspected your Engine we write the initial quote, go over with you and order needed parts

We ONLY use OEM Parts except for some High-Quality Aftermarket Items.
cleaning, secondary inspection & machining
Where most of the work gets done. Once approved we get started thoroughly cleaning all of the individual pieces of your engine while inspecting them a second time, just in case. During this time we also have any Machine Shop Services done, including Cylinder Head Rebuilding, Crank Rebuilds or Cylinder Replating.
Assembly
The best part. Assembly. Our Engines are carefully assembled using high quality Assembly Lube. All Bolts are Torqued to Spec and Marked.
Once Engine is Assembled its Bench Tested by Turning Over with Jumper Box.
